Join us in support of Moving WEC (Forward)—for a sneak peek of our new space and to help offset the significant costs associated with moving locations. Your gifts will help WEC renovate the suite, purchase updated IT equipment, and allow us to acquire new classroom furniture. Unfortunately, these line items come with a combined price tag of over $100,000. WEC seeks the support of its donors, partners, and friends to help ease the costs associated with this move as we begin an exciting new chapter of WEC's story. • Gifts between $2,500 to $10,000 will allow supporters to dedicate a space or room in their name or in the memory of loved ones. Each space will be commemorated with a prominent plaque for the duration of WEC's lease at 1100 G Street, NW. • Gifts between $500 and $1,000 will list donors—as well as those at higher tiers—among those who helped Moving WEC (Forward) in a display at WEC's new home for the first year of its lease. • For those interested in getting a "sneak peek" of the space before classes kick off on September 23rd, individual tickets cost $100. No matter the level of your support, guests and friends of WEC are invited to come "as you are" (in casual or business casual attire). Staff will provide tours of the space, and attendees will enjoy drinks and light snacks as WEC's students, volunteers, and staff look forward to the exciting future that lies ahead.
